The original imported QATM fully automatic hydraulic metallographic hot embedding machine Qpress 70 from Germany is equipped with an automatic water cooling system, which can simultaneously embed two samples. Computer program control, capable of downloading and saving 18 embedded programs, automatically executing corresponding operations in sequence. The fully automatic sliding sealing system can achieve fast and convenient opening/closing operation of the sample cylinder, which is labor-saving and safer. The sample cylinder component can be quickly replaced without tools. The sturdy aluminum structure adopts powder coating, which is durable, beautiful, and easy to clean. Low noise, simple operation, easy maintenance, and four pressure modes. When performing sample insertion operations on fragile or pressure sensitive parts, it shows obvious advantages by increasing pressure as the temperature increases. It is an ideal inlay model for metallographic laboratories.
