The original imported QATM fully automatic hydraulic metallographic hot embedding machine Qpress 40 from Germany is equipped with an automatic water cooling system, which can simultaneously embed two samples. Microcomputer program control can automatically execute corresponding operations in sequence. The fully automatic bayonet sealing system can achieve fast and convenient opening/closing operation of the sample cylinder. The sample cylinder component can be quickly replaced without tools. The sturdy aluminum structure adopts powder coating, which is durable, beautiful, and easy to clean. Low noise, simple operation, and easy maintenance, it is a commonly used inlaid model in metallographic laboratories.
