The UnitTest modular visual inspection system is an efficient 3D visual inspection unit composed of a rotating platform for large-sized workpieces, a fixed platform for small-sized workpieces, a robot, and a tracker motion mechanism. The entire 3D visual inspection unit is fully automated, with one click automatic scanning. Compatible with multiple software, highly integrated algorithms, and unified scheduling and archiving with data centers. The incoming inspection and loading can be done manually, using AGV carts or automated logistics conveyor lines.
