Leica High Vacuum Coating Instrument - Leica EM ACE600

Leica EM ACE600 is a high vacuum coating instrument, with a vacuum pump using diaphragm pumps and turbomolecular pumps, and an oil-free vacuum system, with a vacuum degree of up to 2x10-6mbar. The coating is delicate and uniform. Equipped with a built-in quartz film thickness detector, it can accurately control the coating thickness. Fully automatic computer control, automatically completing the entire process of vacuuming, coating, bleeding, etc., with one click operation. Adopting the current popular touch screen control, it is simple and convenient.
The instrument can be equipped with ion sputtering and metal coating to meet the requirements of high-resolution field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Carbon wire evaporation and carbon coating can be used for X-ray energy spectrum and spectral analysis, or TEM copper mesh carbon coating. Electron beam evaporation can also be used to obtain very delicate metal and carbon films, which can be used for special purposes such as DNA projection.
