In just a few minutes, the Leica EM FC7 frozen ultra-thin slicing accessory can be installed on the Leica EM UC6 or Leica EM UC7 ultra-thin slicing machine, converting it into a frozen ultra-thin slicing machine. Optional electrostatic generator and micromanipulator accessories for efficient freezing of ultra-thin slices, particularly suitable for CEMOVIS technology and Tokuyasu technology.
The temperature control range of frozen section is -15 ℃ -185 ℃, which is suitable for sample section preparation of Transmission electron microscopy, Scanning electron microscope, Atomic force microscopy and optical microscope.
