The original imported German QATM five axis fully automatic vertical grinding wheel cutting machine Qcut 430 BOT is a new type of wet grinding wheel metallographic cutting machine equipped with five moving axes. The cutting wheel can position and cut the sample from almost any position, especially suitable for achieving multi blade cutting and sampling at different angles for a sample. This cutting machine not only possesses all the characteristics of the Brillan 275 universal wet cutting machine, but also utilizes many innovative concepts in design, manufacturing, and operation, meeting high requirements for space utilization and various cutting capabilities. The automatic horizontal cutting table (X-axis) and cutting wheel movement (Y-axis) operate quickly through a powerful driving shaft, with a movement speed of up to 80mm/s.

The Teach-In function enables the multi position cutting process (MPP) to perform cutting positioning at different positions at once, without the need to re clamp the sample, saving fixtures, and reducing cutting errors to a lower level. Five axis fully automatic cutting makes the entire cutting process more flexible and efficient.
