Germany QATM imported the original Qetch 1000 full-automatic Electropolishing etcher, which is intuitive to operate through the touch screen interface, simple and easy to use. It has a special polishing and etching unit and can be used in a fume hood. The current voltage characteristic curve of the material can be displayed directly through the scanning function without the need to first detect the microstructure of the sample.
The electrolyte is stored in an independent electrolytic cell with a volume of 1 liter and sealed for storage. During operation, the electrolyte is replaced by a complete replacement, making the operation of the polishing and etching unit very convenient. Water cleaning equipment can be used to complete the cleaning process.
