The newly launched fully automatic compact polishing system combines several meters of standard polishing equipment into one unit, such as a material exchange rack that can accommodate 16 types of polishing media, an integrated liquid adding unit, and a sedimentation tank. The operation process is automatically carried out through intuitive touch screen control. The central force fixture is easy to manually loosen and tighten, simplifying the preparation process for sample preparation. The grinding and polishing medium is automatically replaced, and all parameters can be directly adjusted during the process. The semi covered work area with large panels and light barriers provides a safer guarantee. It is an efficient and automated fully automated metallographic sample preparation system.
