The original imported QATM wet metallographic double belt pre grinding machine Qgrind 1000 from Germany is mainly used for grinding burrs and pre grinding samples or other materials. Two types of sand belts with different particle sizes can be tried simultaneously. It is very convenient to replace the sand belt and adjust the position and tightness of the sand belt. The driving force is strong and can prevent the sand belt from slipping. Water cools down, and the waste generated by pre grinding is carried back by water with the rotation of the sand belt, and then discharged together through the drainage channel. The left and right sides of the drainage channel work independently. It is a very economical, practical, easy to operate, and fast manual metallographic pre grinding machine.
