The Leica EM AFS2 is mainly used for freezing substitution and gradient temperature technology, as well as for low-temperature embedding and polymerization processes of resins.
Leica EM FSP (Freeze Substitution Driver) is an automated reagent processing system specially designed for Leica EM AFS2, which can automatically dilute and replace reagents for freeze substitution and gradient temperature change processes. LED lighting is installed inside the sample room and under the stereoscopic microscope, making it easy and convenient to observe and locate the sample.
