Recently, Lianneng Metallography was invited by a Jiangsu power company (a nationally renowned leading power enterprise) to provide technical support and training on the overall plan of the metallographic laboratory.

          Chaineng Metallography organized a technical team led by the sales manager to come to the enterprise for on-site communication and training.


Firstly, after the team arrived at the company, they received a warm reception and took us on site to visit the factory's workpieces, providing us with a detailed introduction to their product situation. This has given us a considerable understanding of the actual needs of our customers.


As the client is building a new research and development laboratory this time, they have fully understood the existing inspection equipment in the laboratory, including equipment types, models, their respective functions and usage, and made detailed records. Visit and exchange information on the new testing methods needed for the newly built laboratory (due to confidentiality principles, laboratory photos cannot be published), as well as the equipment and related configuration plans that should be added.

After the visit, the client took us to the conference room. Further exploration and exchange of the overall plan for the new R&D laboratory. After analyzing and evaluating the existing equipment, and based on the technical requirements of the new R&D laboratory, we propose an overall metallographic laboratory configuration plan for adding metallographic sampling equipment, hardness testing instruments, and microscopes. Through full communication and exchange between both parties, an agreement has been reached on the basic plan.
