1. If conditions permit, it is recommended that your laboratory should have three protective conditions: shockproof, moisture-proof, and dustproof.
2. The equipment must be in a good and fault-free state before use.
3. When focusing, be careful not to let the objective lens touch the sample to avoid damaging the objective lens.
4. When the sample on the stage is particularly high, attention should be paid to switching the objective lens.
5. The brightness adjustment of the metallographic microscope should not be too large or too bright, as it may affect the service life of the light bulb and also damage vision.
6. All (function) switches should be light and in place.
7. Non professionals should not adjust the lighting system of the metallographic microscope to avoid affecting the imaging quality.
8. When replacing halogen lamps with metallographic microscopes, attention should be paid to high temperatures to avoid burns; Be careful not to directly touch the glass body of the halogen lamp with your hands.
9. When shutting down and not in use, do not immediately cover the dust cover. Wait until it cools down before covering, and pay attention to fire prevention.
